As the birthplace of our great Nation, our Region is rich in history and tradition. Likewise, the eight Districts that make up our Region have played an important role in the development of the Royal Rangers ministry. Our District Commanders and their staffs and the Regional Staff are excited about the future of Royal Rangers and our goal to reach, teach and keep boys for Christ! Ranger Biography
Dwight started in Royal Rangers in 1975 and attended his first District Powwow in the Potomac District as a member of Outpost 14 from Catlett, Virginia. As a member of Outpost 64 in Elkton, Maryland, Dwight was the 7th Ranger from the Potomac District to earn the Gold Medal of Achievement.
He served as Senior Commander of Outpost 284 for 17 years and has also served as Area Commander, Deputy Sectional Commander, Delmarva Sectional Commander and Penn-Del District Charter Secretary.
In 1999 he was appointed Northeast Regional Training Coordinator and in 2003 he was appointed Regional Coordinator. He is a graduate of the Advanced Academy and has served on many National Training Camp Staffs as Pathfinder Teams.
Dwight is a Civil Engineer and is very active in his church, having served as Board Member, worship team member, Bible Quiz Coach and Outpost Councilman. He has been married to Heather for 15 years and they have four children.
